How did I fall in love with Fitness

When I first started having a systematic fitness routine not many women were focusing on weights training at that time. Fitness wasn’t a craziness like these days and social media were just on their beginning. (Yes! That was a very long time ago!) I still remember my first time at the gym, when a good looking and friendly personal trainer (allocated by the gym) orientated me. He showed me a few exercises to start with and gave me a weekly workout plan after discussing about my goals. I felt that I had to stick with it, just because I didn’t want to disappoint my trainer. ???????? I was quite in bliss at that stage, yet I had so much work to do!
