When it comes to choosing the best workout program, remember that many things come into play. For starters, you don’t have the same built, situation, and even resources as these celebrities. Simply basing your choice on how successful celebrities are in following these workout trends could lead to frustration – and I don’t want that for you.
Here are five ways to help you find the best workout program:
1. Be Realistic with Your Goal
Having a goal lets you weed out workout programs that don’t fit you. This means, it’ll be easier to short list workout plans that suit you. Do you want to lose weight or gain weight? How fast do you want to see results?
2. Determine Your Fitness Level
Different types of workouts cater to different types of individuals. If you’re just starting out, it might be best to follow simple exercises first and then move on to routines that are more complex once your body is accustomed to the activities.
Cross-training, for instance, is a perfect well-rounded workout program. It offers cardio, strength training, and endurance training. It also works for any fitness level. You can start with a very simple program that allows you to ease into the workout you really want to do. This way, you won’t be tied up to a fitness routine that you hate as you’ll be doing a lot of other things.

Being busy at work is no excuse to skipping a workout session. If you have a busy lifestyle, maybe committing to a time-intensive fitness plan isn’t for you. But for sure, you can squeeze in a 15-minute workout into your day right?
The best workout program is determined by how much benefit you can get from it – not by how much time you spend completing one. A 15-minute bodyweight HIIT could be the only workout you need to achieve your fitness goals.
4. Be Committed
